L'appartamento si trova al 4° - (quarto) piano sulla destra sia uscendo dell'ascensore o arrivando dalle scale. La porta è l'unica con lo smart lock.
Per accedere al palazzo bisogna citofonare 28C e durante lo squillo del citofono premere "Porta del palazzo" e poi "OK" sul messaggio "Apri la porta" come mostrato nelle foto:
Per la maniglia della porta basta premere "porta appartamento" dal link, poi sblocca, e girare la maniglia verso sinistra. È possibile anche usare un codice cliccando sul pulsante relativo: (è presente anche un video con le istruzioni)
⚠️ ATTENZIONE: per chiudere la porta quando si esce, premere di nuovo "apri porta" e ruotare la maniglia verso destra. Tenere sempre il telefono carico e connesso a Internet.

Si prega di lasciare l'appartamento in buono stato. È consigliato togliersi le scarpe in casa. Si prega di lasciare la cucina pulita. Ogni danno sarà a carico dell'ospite.
In cucina troverete 3 cestini per la spazzatura, qualora l'etichetta non fosse visibile, sono da intendersi uno per umido, uno per indifferenziato e uno per plastica. La carta sporca va messa nell'indifferenziato. La carta pulita va lasciata sul mobiletto in cucina come anche eventuali bottiglie di vetro. Sará poi cura nostra buttarle. Grazie per la collaborazione.

To access the building buzz 28C. While it rings, press "Building door" and then "OK" from the popup message, as shown below:
To enter the flat, press "apartment door", press "unlock" and then turn the handle to the left. You may also open with code by pressing the according button:(you can see the video if you need extra help)
⚠️ WARNING: To close the door, repeat the open door step and then turn the handle to the right. Keep your phone charged and connected to the internet at all times.
House Rules

Please leave the flat in good condition. It’s recommended to remove shoes inside. Please leave the kitchen clean and in good conditions. Any damages will be charged to the guest.
In the kitchen, you will find three waste bins. Should the labels not be visible, please note that they are intended respectively one for organic waste, one for general waste, and one for plastic. Dirty paper should be disposed in the general waste bin. Clean paper and any glass bottles should be left on the kitchen counter; we will ensure their proper disposal.
